This is one of only a few self portrait I have on my photostream on Flickr. I hate having my photo taken but at least when you do it yourself you can control to a certain extent how good/bad you look.
I am very very tired after my weekend away, but a very pleasant tired not a worn out tired. So this is a photo of me with sleepy eyes about to get ready to head off to bed.

I know how you feel about being the one photographed...I can count all the pictures I like of myself on one hand.
I loved your comment on the Valley picture. "cracking view" You Brits have a way with words that is so refreshing! Do stop by again sometime and leave another comment...pretty please? :)
Me too - its the best bit about holding the camera, you don't have to be in the picture :O)
Nice portrait though, and always a good option to go for b&w.
