We headed down to the Robin Hood Festival at Sherwood Forest today and after a long walk round enjoying the different shows and events we settled down to watch the cricket at Edwinstowe. It felt lovely just sitting there under the warm sun enjoying a picnic whilst watching the cricket. What a beautiful day, just right for a picnic.
We felt very English! Especially as not that far away to our right there was Robin Hood and the Sheriff of Nottingham battling it out in a jousting arena at the Sherwood Forest festival.
