Well with such beautiful weather how can you resist having a BBQ...it's a British tradition after all :)
After cooking the chicken in the oven first we then browned it on the BBQ with a mixture of beef and veggie burgers. The whole lot was delicious. I love having food outdoors, especially in the early evening as the birds were in full chorus in the trees surrounding the garden and it was lovely to just sit there and relax with a beer listening to them sing.
